Samsung To Shut Down Its Music Hub Service

Samsung has announced that its Music Hub service, a subscription streaming music product similar to Spotify, would be shut down effective July 1. Launched back in 2012 at he time of the announcement of the Galaxy S III, the Music Hub was had a mixture of features borrowed from Spotify and iTunes. Users were able to purchase individua tracks and albums or could opt for the $10 a month rental that gave them unlimited streaming access to a lot of tracks.
