ARM expects $20 smartphones by next year

ARM, leading semiconductor design and licensing company, at the on-going Tech Day shared some figures about evolving market of smartphone. ARM expects an entry level smartphone costing as low as $20 in coming months. This will result in pushing the market for low-cost and entry-level devices to more than two times over next five years. Lately, Mozilla has managed to work on a Firefox OS based smartphone for $25 and made it available commercially.  LINK
