Microsoft fixes IE bug

Microsoft has fixed a bug in Internet Explorer that could have allowed hackers to gain total control over a target’s computer. Microsoft has acquired the cloud-computing company GreenButton. Post acquisition it will no longer sell GreenButton’s services to new customers, instead plans to launch a new service that will integrate GreenButton’s tech with its Azure program. It’s unclear if the service will still support any competing platforms at that time. Currently supports HP’s Cloud Services, OpenStack, VMWare and Amazon Web Services.
