Funding:Grey Orange Robotics, New Relic

Grey Orange Robotics, a startup which builds robots that help online retailers automate their warehouses has raised Rs 54cr from Tiger Global, Blume Ventures, angel investors Raju Reddy and Dileep Nath. It competes with companies like Swisslog and Kiva Systems, bought by internet retailer Amazon for $775 million (Rs 4,692 crore) in March 2012. Link


New Relic, maker of application monitoring tools for developers, has raised $100M from BlackRock Inc., Passport Capital, T.Rowe Price Associates, & Wellington Management. Unverified TC sources say this values the company north of $1B. Claims that it currently analyzes over 200 billion data points per day for over 3 million application instances from tens of thousands of customers. Link
