Google’s new patent to help flag pirated apps

Google has managed to devise a method to combat the trademark-infringing and pirated apps from the Google Play Store. A patent filed last year and approved last week will let Google’s test system to compare the elements of the submitted app with those of the established and big developers. So any app which has been repackaged with malware included will be identified and even clones can be barred from the Google Play Store. LINK
