Box Secretly Files For IPO

Box has filed for an IPO taking advantage of the JOBs act allowing companies with less than $1 billion in annual revenue to confidentially file drafts of their IPO prospectus with the US Securities and Exchange Commission. It’s got Morgan Stanley, Credit Suisse, and JP Morgan Chase, to help underwrite it stock offering. Has raised more than $100 million in 2012, at a valuation of more than $1 billion.  Link
